The cultivated hills form strong geometric patterns as paths, water and planted rows follow the contours of the landscape. Seen from above and at ground level, the terraces shift between broad structure and small agricultural detail.

Dense vegetation, waterfalls and humid forest create a more enclosed visual world. The photographs concentrate on layers of green, filtered light and the scale of tropical growth.

Travelling by boat from Flores towards Lombok brought together life aboard, remote islands and long stretches of open ocean. Around the Komodo region, the scenery changed continuously between dry ridges, sheltered bays and clear coastal water.

Borobudur and Prambanan bring two distinct temple traditions together in Central Java. The photographs focus on their stone structures, repeated forms and carved details, with the surrounding landscape remaining visible around the architecture.

Indonesia’s volcanic landscape appears through active slopes, crater rims and broad high-altitude views. The changing light, cloud and exposed rock give each location a different scale and atmosphere.
